Research On Incentive And Restraint Mechanism In Ideological And Political Education

The improvement of mechanism is an important condition for promoting the development of the subject.As an important mechanism of Ideological and political education,the incentive and restraint mechanism has guiding function.It is of great significance to promote the development of education.In recent years,there is a phenomenon of emphasizing incentives and disregarding of restraints in Ideological and political education,which causes the unbalance of incentive and restraint mechanisms.To a certain extent,it restricts the effect of Ideological and political education.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to build a reasonable incentive and restraint mechanism of Ideological and political education to improve the effectiveness of Ideological and political education.Incentive and restraint are two different activities in Ideological and political education.Incentive is aimed at motivating people and restraint intends to regulate the behavior of people.Both of them complement each other and form a joint force to guide the goal of Ideological and political education.In order to realize the organic integration of the incentive mechanism and the restraint mechanism of Ideological and political education,this paper is divided into four parts.The first part is on the basis of clarifying the concept of incentive mechanism of Ideological and political education,the restraint mechanism of Ideological and political education and the incentive and restraint mechanism of Ideological and political education,which reveals the characteristics,the function and the theoretical source of incentive and restraint mechanism of Ideological and political education.The second part analyses the contents and methods of the incentive mechanism of Ideological and political education.The main contents include ideological incentives,political incentives,cultural incentives and psychological incentives.The main methods are target incentive,model incentive,belief incentive,participation incentive and competition incentive.The third part focuses on the contents and methods of the restraint mechanism of Ideological and political education.The main contents include moral restraints,legal restraints and discipline restraints.In the process of restraining,we can use the system restriction,the pressure restriction,the supervision and restriction,the rectification and restriction,and the coordination and restriction.The fourth part focuses on the incentive and restraint mechanism of Ideological and political education,which is the organic combination of incentive mechanism and restraint mechanism.As the two main mechanism of incentive and restraint mechanism,the incentive mechanism and the restraint mechanism are the contradictory parties of the unity of opposites.The organic combination of the two should follow certain principles and pay attention to some problems.
