| This paper consists of six parts, the first part is preface. In the second part, the basic theory of incentive mechanism of ideological and political education are studied briefly,and some enlightenment towards incentive mechanism of ideological and political education are obtained simultaneously from studying the western incentive theory. In the third part, diversity of social thought and culture that ideological and political education is facing in new times, the complexity of new contradictions among the people in new times, urgency of reinforcing and innovating social management and double-edged effect of new media such as Internet are analyzed. In the fourth part of this paper, the four great significances for choosing incentive mechanism in ideological and political education in new times are put forward. The fifth part is the core of this paper, firstly, the four principles, which are Openness, impartiality, universality, and stability, are emphasized in applying incentive mechanism in new times ideological and political education. Secondly, the four parties which are the educators'goal and the objective of the educated, ideological and political education incentive and solution of practical problems, the ideological and political education and the central work of party committee and government, internal incentive and external incentive, should be combined persistently. Thirdly, the four key points, which are the advantageous needs of quasi-educated, incentive timing, incentive degree and incentive approach, should be grasped well. Finally, emotional incentive, participation incentive and atmosphere incentive should be used well. In the final part of this paper, three support mechanisms applied in building the incentive mechanism are put forward. |
