Study On The Combination Between The Ideological And Political Education And The Psychological Education And Guidance In The Grass-roots Level Of Our Army

The combination between the ideological and political education and the psychological education and guidance in the grass-roots level of our army will produce positive and important significance on innovating the ideological and political work, preparing for military struggle, fulfilling the historical mission, improving the overall quality of officers and soldiers and promoting the construction of the grass-roots level of our army.This article has made an intensive study of the combination between the ideological and political education and the psychological education and guidance based on case research. It reveals the theoretical foundation that realize the combination through elaborating the distinction and connection between ideology and psychology, the ideological problem and the psychological problem, the ideological and political education and the psychological education and guidance; It expounds the theory significance and practice value of the combination by introducing and analysing on three specific cases, reveals the application scope of the combination and sums up three principles in carrying out this work. Next the article analyses the main prlblems and reasons of them existing in the combination at present combining the cases. At last it puts forward to some specific ideas about how to carry out the combination work at grass-roots level of our army, which include such contents as consummating the existing political work system, taking the basic unit politics cadres as the main dependence force of the combination, absorbing the psychological education and the psychological counseling in the system of the ideological and political education, penetrating the combination into some important works at the grass-roots level of our army and building favorable circumstance benefit to carry out the combination work. The main innovations of the article are reflected in two aspects: It reveals the application scope of the combination and has the specific answer on how to solve the ideological problem and the psychological problem; It constructs"the four levels network"of the psychological education and guidance.
