Study On The Rural Characteristic Old-age Care Industry In Shanxi Under The Background Of Population Aging

The low birth rate and the extension of life expectancy have led to countries in the world entering the aging stage.According to China's sixth census data,the ageing population aged60 and over has reached 177.59 million,accounting for 13.32% of the country's total population,an increase of 43.79 million over the previous census.The population aged 60 and over in Shanxi Province is 4,118,800,accounting for 11.53% of the total population of Shanxi,accounting for 2.32% of the population aged 60 and over..The characteristics of aging in Shanxi Province are that the aging population has a large base,which is growing rapidly and gradually showing a trend of aging and empty nesting.However,the existing old-age pension industry cannot meet the growing demand for old-age care,and the problem of old-age population's pension is becoming more and more serious and needs to be solved urgently.At present,the academic research on the field of old-age care is divided into three categories.The first is the study of pension policy and welfare,the purpose is to build and improve China's pension system;the second is the research on the development of pension industry,and put forward strategies for the development of pension industry.The third category is the design and research of the old-age facilities,which mainly provides reasonable opinions on the aging renovation of the original houses and the design of the new pension facilities.This paper combines these three,aiming to develop a characteristic old-age industry road suitable for rural areas in Shanxi,solve the problems encountered in the development of the old-age care industry in rural areas,and give advice on policy and design of old-age facilities.The first part of this paper expounds the background and policy system of Shanxi's aging,and analyzes the domestic and international research status of the old-age industry.The second part analyzes the regional characteristics of rural areas in Shanxi and the old-age status of the elderly in Shanxi,and through the needs of the elderly.The survey analyzes the prospects for the development of rural pension industry;the third part proposes solutions to the problems of rural pension industry,combined with the knowledge of physical engineering and psychology of the elderly,focusing on the problem of aging design of rural buildings,making the construction Space and the behavior of the elderly form a good interaction.This paper understands the needs of the elderly through field research and questionnaire survey methods,and combines the literature research method and the case analysis method to analyze the development prospects of the rural characteristic old-age industry and givestrategic opinions.In order to meet the needs of the elderly in Shanxi for the beautiful environment,perfect conditions and reasonable price of old-age facilities,the rural economic development in Shanxi will be promoted,and the polarization of the old-age status of urban and rural elderly will be weakened.It has made a small contribution to the research and improvement of the rural old-age industry research and improvement of rural aging facilities.
