Secondly we must promote the body more healthy and have a certain economic strength of the rural elderly people responsible for their own life daily life, also can carry out the enterprise type self pension. Again, in the aspect of social endowment insurance, to form the fundamental annuities changes mechanism as soon as possible, and appropriately adjust the funds raising mode, make limited endowment resources play a role to the greatest extent.
