On The Campus Sports Insurance System In China

This thesis studies the relevant system of campus sports insurance,and the purpose is to put forward suggestions for the construction of campus sports insurance system in line with the national conditions of our country,solve the safety problems of campus sports,and provide assistance for the development of campus sports in our country.The research idea of this paper is: first,analyze the sports risks faced by sports organizations(schools),athletes(students),coaches(teachers)and spectators in campus sports.Then it expounds the existing risk transfer mechanism of insurance in our country,and this part discusses the insurance types that can be selected for campus sports subjects when they are injured by sports.By combing the existing types of insurance,this paper summarizes the shortcomings of insurance types in dispersing sports risks,so as to explain the necessity of developing special campus sports insurance.Then it analyzes the campus sports insurance system of the United States and Japan,discusses the relevant provisions of the main contents of the insurance contract in the campus sports insurance system,analyzes and summarizes the specific provisions and draws lessons from them.this paper puts forward some suggestions suitable for the actual situation of our country,and constructs the campus sports insurance system of our country.In this thesis,in the research process,the use of literature,case analysis,comparative study and logical analysis of four research methods,through four parts to discuss the campus sports insurance system.The first part describes the risks faced by sports organizations(schools),coaches,game assistants and spectators.It shows that the subjects facing sports risks in the development and construction of campus sports in our country are a large number of groups,and any students,teachers and spectators who come into contact with sports training and sports events will face sports risks.the demand for effective sports risk transfer mechanism is high,which shows that the development of campus sports insurance is of great practical significance to physical education in our country.The second part analyzes the existing risk transfer mechanism of insurance types in our country.At present,the types of insurance that can be used in the field of campus sports in our country include ordinary personal accident insurance,student safety insurance and school liability insurance.However,at present,the existing insurance types in our country have some problems,such as narrow insurance coverage and less compensation,which can not provide sufficient protection for all parties in the field of campus sports.The third part analyzes the main contents of the sports insurance contract,which focuses on the main contents of the campus sports insurance contract,combined with the specific provisions of the campus sports insurance system in the United States and Japan.this paper summarizes the parties,the scope of insurance and the subject matter of the sports insurance contract,in order to provide some reference for perfecting the campus sports insurance system of our country.The fourth part discusses the construction conception of campus sports insurance system in our country.In this part,some suggestions are put forward from the aspects of legislation,insurance mechanism,protection object and coverage,in an attempt to build a campus sports insurance system in line with the actual situation of our country.It is proposed that the insurance mechanism of campus sports insurance should be established with financial support from our government,which can be carried out by colleges and universities in various parts of our country as policyholders,and the premiums should beborne by the state,the school and the family in proportion.Take the school students and staff as the insured to provide protection for the accidental injuries suffered in the activities organized by the school.This paper only preliminarily puts forward the construction idea of campus sports insurance,and makes a preliminary design of the insured,the insured and the coverage of campus sports insurance.in the process of follow-up research,it is still necessary to conduct a more in-depth study of various regulations.to make more detailed and clear regulations.
