With the improvement of people's living standards,there are more and more cars in the city,traffic become busier,the roads are getting congested and traffic accidents occurred frequently.Especially in recent years,in order to reduce the problem of urban traffic congestion,and also to protect the environment effectively,the government encourage citizens to use public transport.However,the heated discussion on the Internet of the bus accident in Chongqing arouse attention to the public traffic service.Since 2014,more than 3 traffic accidents have occurred daily on the buses belonging to Lanzhou public Traffic Group,and more than 80% bus drivers should take the main consequences.As th main capacity of public transport,reduce traffic accident and ensure the travel safe may be an efficient measure to keep a good performance,and it is also the core competitiveness of the firm which supply public transport services.Based on the background above,we acquired the traffic accident datas of Lanzhou public Traffic Group.Through the analysis of the datas,considered the influence of the date,the space,the manager and the driver,focus on the special samples,combine the known classification,classified the influence factors and find the main ones,and assess the importance,the possibility and the consequence of each factor,and puts forward some methods to control the risks.The main value of this paper includes three aspects: first of all,help the management identify the management risk of traffic accident,then control it.And further,help enterprises and relevant parties to pay attention to the relation between the factors,promote the cooperation,and have a contribution to local public management.Third,it can be used in other similar cities.
