The Research On The Application Of Commercial Cryptography On "Internet+Government Services" In Gansu Province

Since 2016,the state has begun large-scale implementation of the Internet plus government service.Taking simplifying administration and delegating power,innovating supervision and improving service as the core.Since 2017,Gansu has carried out the work of "Internet +government services".Apply big data,cloud computing and other technologies.Promote data sharing and promote open and transparent convenient government services.However,due to the frequent information leakage events,we must pay attention to the password security of the information system.As a result of carrying a large number of government data and citizen privacy information on the online government platform,once a security accident occurs,it will affect people's daily life,affect the image of the government,cause huge economic losses,and even threaten the national security.Technically,cryptography is the key technology to protect information security.Commercial Cryptography as an important part of China's cryptosystem.It has been applied and promoted in important fields,Play an important role in protecting the security of key information infrastructure.Therefore,how to protect the information security of the Internet government through Commercial Cryptography has become a problem that the government needs to plan in the construction of the Internet plus government service platform.In this paper,the security of Commercial Cryptography in the Internet plus government service system of Gansu province is taken as the research object.Combined with the relevant theories of Commercial Cryptography development,the problems of Gansu provincial government security system are analyzed from the aspects of infrastructure,system and mechanism,safety supervision,execution,cognition and technology.On the basis of this,we refer to the security of the administrative system at home and abroad.Based on the experience and comparative study,this paper discusses the management strategies of Gansu provincial government and relevant departments to effectively promote the Commercial Cryptography application of Internet government and enhance the government's information security capability.
