As basic social services,human resources and social security services cover many aspects,such as employment and reemployment,pension insurance,medical insurance,unemployment insurance,work injury insurance and maternity insurance,“scientific,standardized and modernized” construction of the labor market,and talent team building.It has the characteristics of strong policy,wide business scope,large information flow and frequent data exchange.With the continuous in-depth development of the Internet,big data,cloud services and other technologies,informatization has penetrated into all aspects of people's daily lives,and actively accelerate the construction of government informatization services,which has become an important part of promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities.It is of great significance to accelerate the construction of human resources and social security informatization,change the traditional supply model of public service,use "Internet +",big data,cloud computing and other advanced thinking to gradually establish a scientific,effective,convenient and stable informatization system of human resources and social security,improve innovation capabilities and service levels,and achieve comprehensive,coordinated,and sustainable development of human resources and social security.As the government's department of people's livelihood,the department of human resources and social security is mainly responsible for protecting and improving people's livelihood.How to effectively apply the Internet technology to the government's administrative process has become a subject worthy of in-depth study.In recent years,with the start of the implementation of the “Jinbao Project ”and the country 's emphasis on the construction of the "Internet + human resources and social security",the informatization construction of Jincheng Human Resources and Social Security Department has achieved a leap in development.Some achievements have been made in terms of changing the traditional service mode,integrating the construction,improving the efficiency of business operation,and diversifying the public service.This article takes Jincheng Human Resources and Social Security Department as the research object,and focuses on how to use the "Internet +" thinking to improve the level of informatization construction of Jincheng Human Resources and Social Security Department.Through the literature research method,field survey method,questionnaire survey method and other methods,the article explores the problems and causes in informatization construction of Jincheng's Human Resources and Social Security,and propose corresponding countermeasures.The full text is composed of five parts.The first part is an introduction,which gives a concise introduction to the topic of the thesis,research background,research significance,domestic and foreign research dynamics,etc.,and explains and defines relevant theoretical concepts.The second part takes Jincheng as an example to explain the development status of Jincheng Human Resources and Social Security informatization.The third part analyzes the current status of the informatization of Jincheng Human Resources and Social Security Department through the analysis of past data,questionnaire surveys,and interviews.Problems such as lack of communication between departments,insufficient attention to informatization strategy,low utilization rate of human and social data,hidden dangers of information security,and single public service model were analyzed from the perspective of Jincheng City.The forth part provides feasible suggestions and countermeasures to promote the further development of human resources and social security system informatization from many perspectives,such as raising awareness,broadening the channels of sharing information resources,improving the construction of information security system,improving the "one card" system of social security cards.The fifth part is the conclusion,summarizing the full article and puting forward the prospect for the future.The possible innovations of this article are: to analyze combining the Internet,big data,cloud computing and government informatization,human resources and social security public services,human resources and social security informatization,based on the development status of human resources and social security systems in Jincheng,Shanxi Province,and from the perspective of "Internet +",we put forward relevant development strategies for the current human resources and social security informatization.Taking Jincheng's field situation of human resources and social security informatization as an example,certain persuasiveness is provided for the research.
