Design And Implementation Of Intelligent Lawyer Working Platform

With increasing awareness of legal consciousness and lawsuits,a large number of law firms springs up in recent year.By the end of 2018,we have more than 28,000 law firms and nearly 400,000 licensed lawyers in China.These law firms provide legal advice and represent many people in lawsuits;meanwhile they are also appointed to be legal counselors of many government agencies,enterprises and institutions.At present,however,many law firms are still working in a traditional way,such as face to face or telephone legal consultation,to deal with daily affairs,which means legal services can only be done on spot.Such manner limits the scope of services and impede business expansion of law firms.In order to improve the level and scope of services,law firms decides to introduce an intelligent working platform.The main object of this research is Intelligent Lawyer's Work Platform(ILWP).According to investigation and study of current situation of lawyer's work system,this paper finds out the existing problems and explores the improvement measures.ILWP uses JAVA technology in J2 EE platform to develop code,uses Oracle database to store log information,uses cloud computing technology and cloud storage technology to achieve efficient allocation of resources and mass storage of data.In the Demand Stage,we define the function of ILWP,which is composed of knowledge store,case management,case tracing and assistant management,even set the performance objectives as well.After the Demand Scheme confirmation,the system design and construction are completed.In the construction of the system,maininnovations are accomplished as follows: First,cloud computing technology is introduced into ILWP,which is oriented to the public and results the massiveness of service.In order to achieve the efficient processing of lawyer work,cloud computing technology also helps to increase the speed of lawyers' response to customers' demand.Second,cloud storage technology is introduced into ILWP,because the data storage capacity of the platform is increasing and the capacity of the hard disk is directly deployed to a fixed server,once it can not meet the requirements,the hard disk needs to be expanded.Cloud storage technology is able to solve this problem with massive storage of lawyer work information.At the same time,all domestic Judgement and Ruling documents are published by Supreme People's Court,which can assist law firms in business processing.Based on such situation,large datatechnology is introduced to realize intelligent case recommendation,which is convenient for lawyers to handle cases.After the completion of ILWP,system test was started and the results suggest that ILWP meets the demand and can be deployed.Finally,according to the test results,ILWP meets the requirements of law firms and can effectively improve the management level.
