With the increasing maturity of new information technologies such as cloud computing,Io T,and AI,which have brought a powerful boost to the construction of urban informatization,smart cities have gradually risen to a new level,and communities are a key component of cities that cannot be ignored,and the construction of intelligent communities has become an important goal of the work.The continuous expansion of the scale of the city,the influx of a large number of migrants,the increase in car ownership,and the increasing requirements of community residents for property services have made the community's information management,security,and property services more complicated and difficult.Therefore,create a scientific,efficient,safe and stable system is particularly important.In order to improve the stability and performance of the system,the system uses a microservice architecture for system design.First,this article analyzes the research background and development status of smart communities.Secondly,according to the actual situation,analyze the needs of users of the system and determine the functions to be realized.According to the different users,the system is divided into Web client and WeChat applet client.In view of the functions implemented by the system,the main technologies used in the system development process are explained,such as Spring Cloud,Spring Boot,Vue,We PY,My SQL,etc.,using a development model that separates the front and back ends,and realizes two sets of front ends through a set of back-end programs data interaction on the page.Then,according to the system requirements and technical applications,the system is designed and implemented,and the architecture design and data design of the system are introduced in detail.The web client is aimed at community property personnel,including community information management,property payment management,large-screen monitoring management,repair complaint form management,system management and other functions;the WeChat applet client is aimed at community residents,mainly including property payment,Complaints about warranty,viewing community announcements,access control unlocking and other functions.Finally,the Spring Boot integrated unit test and Postman tool are used to test the function and interface of the system to ensure the normal operation of the system.The smart community cloud service platform adds microservice technology to the traditional community management platform to improve the scalability,maintainability,stability and performance of the system.This system increases community residents' participation in community management and improves the work efficiency of property management personnel.
