Research On The Construction Of The Intelligent Old Age System In Yingkou

According to the standards set by the United Nations,when the percentage of the elderly over 60 years of age in the total population exceeds 10,or the percentage of the elderly over 65 years of age exceeds 7,it means that the country has entered an aging society.As early as 2000,China has entered an aging society.It is expected that by2025,the population over 60 will reach 300 million,and China will become a super-aged country.The old-age dependency ratio is rising year by year,and the pressure of providing for the aged is increasing.The various pension problems accompanying the aging will undoubtedly bring considerable challenges to the development and transformation of China's economy.At the same time,China vigorously promotes the development of innovative pension service model,encourages enterprises to use scientific and technological means to develop pension projects,supports the development of pension industry,and supports pension institutions.Population aging has become an irreversible trend in the world in the 21 st century.The emergence of innovative pension service model is the most direct and effective way to solve the current pension problem.In recent years,the term "wise old-age care" has become more and more popular.More and more communities and nursing homes begin to incorporate wise old-age care into pension programs.In theoretical sense,on the one hand,it can expand the scope and depth of academic research on pension model.On the other hand,the concept of wisdom endowment can be extended to other public services.In practical sense,first,wisdom endowment breaks the traditional situation of family endowment and community endowment,integrates social resources,optimizes endowment resources,and improves the efficiency of resource allocation.Secondly,wisdom pension solves the problem of supply-demand mismatch.In this context,the author investigates the development of the current pension situation in Yingkou City,finds out the problems existing in the current pension service system in Yingkou City,and makes an analysis of the reasons.According to the current situation of Yingkou City,a set of intelligent pension scheme suitable for Yingkou City is designed and the influencing factors of wisdom pension intention are analyzed.Finally,the design of intelligent pension scheme and the analysis results of influencingfactors are analyzed,and the Countermeasures of promoting the intelligent pension system in Yingkou City are put forward.Except for the introduction and conclusion,the main content of this paper includes four parts.The first part is the definition of concept and theoretical basis.This paper defines the concepts of intelligent pension,community pension and service mode of intelligent pension community,and explains the relevant theoretical basis,providing theoretical support for the follow-up construction of intelligent pension system.The second part explains the problems and reasons of the present situation of Yingkou Shengli community pension service.Firstly,the author conducts a field survey of the Shengli community and interviews with relevant staff to understand the status quo of the old-age service in the Shengli community.Then,based on the questionnaire survey of the old-age needs of the elderly and statistical analysis of the data,the author finds out the problems existing in the old-age service system of the Shengli community in Yingkou City and analyzes the reasons.The third part is the design and feasibility analysis of Yingkou Shengli Community Intelligent Endowment Scheme.Firstly,according to the actual situation of Shengli community and the actual needs of the elderly,the author designs a set of intelligent pension scheme for Shengli community.Thirdly,the feasibility of intelligent pension scheme is analyzed from the aspect of wisdom pension intention.We strive to make the wisdom pension scheme for Shengli community close to reality and practical.The fourth part makes a summary and puts forward corresponding policy recommendations to promote the all-round development of the intelligent pension system in Yingkou City.
