Chen Yun's Contribution To The Northeast Liberation War

As the first liberated region,the Northeast has provided political,economic and military support for the liberation of the country and promoted the victory of the National War of Liberation.Comrade Mao Zedong pointed out at the Party's Seventh National Congress that the Northeast region is of vital importance to the Chinese revolution.After the victory of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression,Comrade Chen Yun went to the Northeast to lead the Liberation War under the call of the Party Central Committee and made great contributions to the liberation of the Northeast.In 2015,Xi Jinping said at the 110 th anniversary symposium of Comrade Chen Yun's birthday: "Chen Yun has provided our party with valuable experience in turning from war to peace building," and once again fully affirmed Chen Yun's contribution during the Northeast War of Liberation.Based on the complex international and domestic situation in Northeast China after the victory of the War of Resistance Against Japan,this paper analyzes the background of Chen Yun.Secondly,the main activities and contributions of Chen Yun in the Northeast War of Liberation were detailed in political,economic and military aspects,namely,he mobilized the revolutionary enthusiasm of the masses by mobilizing cadres down to the grassroots level,mobilizing peasants to carry out land reform,and accepting large cities,promoting the construction of political power;Economically,by rectifying the currency,dealing with the problem of workers and staff,and developing foreign trade,the Kuomintang's economic blockade of the Liberated Areas was shattered,providing material support for our army.Militarily,by eliminating bandits,presiding over the Qidaojiang conference,and directing the "Four Guarantees Linjiang" and "Three Down Jiangnan" campaigns,the construction of the base areas has been consolidated and the war situation of passive defense of our army has been reversed.Finally,the article discusses the historical significance of Chen Yun's contribution to the Northeast Liberation War,namely: enriching and developing Mao Zedong Thought in the Liberation War;Providing support for the National Liberation War;It will provide the foundation for the construction of the Northeast Industrial Base after the founding of New China.Chen Yun's realistic revelation that the Northeast Liberation War leads to victory tells us that we must always adhere to the leadership of the Party and always adhere to the mass line.By studying Chen Yun's contribution to the Northeast Liberation War,the author hopes to deepen the study of the Northeast Liberation War,understand the historical significance of the Northeast Liberation War,and fully understand the role of the Party Central Committee represented by Chen Yun as the mainstay of the Northeast Liberation War.In order to provide reference for the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
