Sports Month And Social Impact Study On The "Marriage Law" Of Shanghai Industrial System

After the founding of New China,the Central People's Government promulgated the first law after the founding of the People's Republic of China,the Marriage Law of the People's Republic of China,on May 1,1950.By regulating customary marriage and family relations,the Act grants women equal rights with men in marriage and family relations and provides legal protection for women to free themselves from the bondage of marriage and family.Although the promulgation and implementation of the Marriage Law has effectively promoted the reform of the contemporary Chinese marriage and family system and the people's concept of marriage,the implementation of the Law has gone through a long and tortuous process.At the end of 1952,in order to overcome the problems encountered in the implementation of the marriage law propaganda,ensure the effective implementation of the law,and promote the reform of the marriage system,the new regime vigorously publicized and implemented the "Marriage Law" in the early stages.In March 1953,a one-month campaign for the promotion and implementation of the "Marriage Law" was launched throughout the country.It was called the "Promotion and Implementation of the" Marriage Law "campaign month" and hoped to promote the implementation of the new marriage law through the "massive mass movement.".Based on the archives of Shanghai industrialBureau,this paper combs the implementation process of the marriage law movement month in Shanghai state-owned factory.The article found that although the history of opening up in modern times allowed Shanghai to have an autonom4 ous social atmosphere of marriage and love in the 1920 s,such a historical situation did not bring convenience to the promotion and implementation of the marriage law.The appearance of the "Shanghai Special Theory" became a embarrassment.After two months of cadres 'study and mass propaganda,factory employees had a preliminary understanding of the marriage law.However,the propaganda of sports has also left many drawbacks,so that the old marriage and love customs that were criticized in the movement continue to appear many years after the end of the movement.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this article is divided into the following three chapters:The first chapter,before the promulgation of the Marriage Law,the marriage,family status and women in Shanghai.This chapter explains the marriage and love views of Shanghai residents before the founding of the People's Republic of China,the marital status in the industrial field,the changes in the form of Shanghai wedding and the relationship between husband and wife.In the second chapter,the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Industry implements the detailed process of the marriage law movement.The chapter first describes the general content of the "Marriage Law" and then analyzes the industrial conditions in Shanghai in the early 1950 s to explain the reasons for using workers as the subject of research.Then the main point of this chapter is the analysis of the ideological status of the cadres in the field of industrial bureaus and the detailed process of the "Marriage Law" campaign carried out in the month before the promulgation of the Marriage Law,based on the Shanghai archives.Cadre education-mass propaganda-the consolidation of the achievements of the movement-transformed the movement from in-depth to universal,and briefly analyzed the ways and means of the movement.In the third chapter,the effectiveness and inadequacy of the "Marriage Law" campaign analysis.This chapter has carried on the detailed analysis to this marriage law movement's harvest and the deficiency respectively.Harvesting includes thetransformation of the people's thinking,the implementation of the marriage law to promote production,the effective use of various propaganda forces and propaganda tools,and the analysis of experience in cadre education.The main shortcoming lies in the imbalance between the factory and the factory.Through summing up the experience of the movement,so that the movement can be transferred to regular and smooth transition.Through the study of the detailed process,effect and experience summary of the implementation of the Marriage Law Movement,this paper expounds that the reform of marriage system is closely related to each family.The feudal ideology among the masses is deep-rooted and the system can be enforced,but the idea can not be changed overnight.If we want to completely break the shackles of the old marriage system on the people,we must face up to the system and thought.Differences between them,long-term implementation of the Marriage Law,in order to achieve a subtle impact on the masses.
