As an important public power,police investigation power plays an important role in social life.However,the contradiction between the discretionary nature of the police inspection power and the need for the respect and protection of citizens 'personal freedom has always plagued the frontline police officers.This article mainly based on the current first-line duty police check practice,from the point of view of the police check technology and tactics,under the existing technical conditions,the comprehensive use of large data and other intelligence technology to improve the accuracy of inventory,reduce conflicts,and strive to maximize the social effects of inventory.Under the background of the reform of the police model in China,this paper,through the investigation and analysis of the current status of police inspection power,collects intelligence information from the technical level of law enforcement practice,uses large data and other technical means,forms a database,and compares information through technical means.The command and dispatch system issued an inspection order,and the civilian police carried out an investigation to achieve the unity of human behavior trajectory information and law enforcement needs,minimize subjective factors,and restore the objective scene,so as to achieve the unity of citizens 'personal freedom and social comprehensive management.
