Construction And Empirical Research On Evaluation Model Of Smart Police Data Governance

With the advancement of China's public security informatization construction,police data governance is the most important part of realizing smart police.Based on the data governance connotation,a set of theories and methods for evaluating smart police data governance were constructed.First of all,the research on the related theories of smart police data governance was carried out.By explaining the related theories of smart police and data governance,it provides a theoretical basis for the construction of an evaluation model of smart police data governance.Secondly,an evaluation index system and evaluation model for smart police data governance are constructed.The evaluation index is determined through literature research and expert consultation,and on this basis,an intelligent police data governance evaluation index system is constructed from four levels: police data strategic planning,police data support management,police data quality management,and police data service capabilities.A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on the analytic hierarchy process is constructed to build an intelligent police data governance evaluation model.Thirdly,empirical investigation and research is conducted on the data governance of smart police in Huaihua City.Prepare survey questionnaires based on the actual situation of smart police data governance in Huaihua City,and conduct field surveys and distributions,collect relevant data and information,organize data,train and study the collected sample data,and evaluate smart police data in Huaihua City through evaluation models Governance is evaluated,results are obtained,and results analyzed.Finally,according to the connotation and evaluation results of smart police data governance,an optimization strategy for smart police data governance is proposed from three aspects: data security management,data quality management,and data service capabilities.
