On The Philosophy Of Lenin's Political Literacy And It's Contemporary Values

The question of the political quality of cadres is the focus of research on the organization and construction of cadres;Lenin created the first socialist country in human history,and has systematically discussed and conducted profound research on the theory and practice of political quality of cadres;these theories and experiences have played an important role in consolidating and maintaining the nascent Soviet regime,and at the same time have provided a certain degree of reference to the in-depth research on the political standards of cadres and the theory of political quality in China.The study of the political quality of Lenin's cadres is a new analysis of the construction of Lenin's cadres,in commemoration of the 150 th anniversary of Lenin's birth,this paper further explores the political quality of Lenin's cadres through the study of the political quality of Lenin's cadres,to find the theoretical support for the outstanding political standards,and provide useful theoretical support and practical experience for the new era to do a good job in the selection and appointment of cadres,which has a more profound historical significance and value of the times.In this paper,first of all,from the background of Lenin's cadres' political quality thought,through the relevant conceptual analysis,theoretical sources and the background of the era to explore the important basis of its thought;secondly,from the importance of cadres' political quality,concrete and specific ways to analyze the main content of Lenin's cadres' political quality thought;finally,from the theory and practice of Lenin's cadres' political quality thought,combined with the requirements of the construction of cadres and troops in the new era,thinking about the strict selection and employment criteria,optimizing cadres' education and training methods and strengthening the construction of cadres' supervision system to implement Lenin's cadres' political quality thought,and further strengthen the construction of cadres and troops in the new era.This thesis systematically deals with the idea of the political quality of Lenin's cadres and its contemporary value in four framework parts.The first part,the beginning of the essay,from the point of view of the awareness of the problem and the value of the times,in the selection of the meaning of the topic,the summary of the current state of research at home and abroad,research methods,innovations and deficiencies to argue for the theoretical value and the significance of the times of the political quality of Lenin's cadres as the subject of thesis research.The second part,firstly,analyzes the concept of cadres,political qualities and so on,and analyzes the generalization with reference to the definition of political qualities by different scholars.Secondly,to analyze the historical origin and background of Lenin's cadres' political quality thought in the context of the times,and to analyze and summarize the classical Marxist literature,and to make a systematic summary of the theoretical basis of its thought,so as to explore the theoretical support for Lenin's cadres' political quality thought.The third part,the focus of the article,specifies the main elements of Lenin's cadre political quality thinking.These include Lenin's understanding of the importance of the political quality of cadres,his specific requirements for the political quality of cadres and his practical exploration of the improvement of the political quality of cadres in the consolidation and development of the Soviet regime,as well as the historical summary and analysis of Lenin's discussions and exploration of the ideology of the political quality of cadres.The fourth part,from history back to reality,from the ideology to dig out the parts that are beneficial to the new era cadre construction practice path,to study the value and significance of Lenin cadre political quality thinking.It is mainly elaborated systematically at three levels: strict selection and employment criteria,optimizing cadre education and strengthening the construction of cadre supervision systems.The conclusions are mainly a summary and conclusion of the main contents and main conclusions of the study of the political quality of Lenin's cadres and their contemporary values,and a future outlook for further deepening the study of the political quality of Lenin's cadres.
