Research On Tibet-related Reports Of People's Daily(1949-1959)

From the founding of the People's Republic of China to the Tibetan rebellion in1959,major events took place in Tibet,including its peaceful liberation,Tibetan rebellion and democratic reform.The past decade has been a crucial period for Tibet's development,and the Communist Party of China attaches great importance to Tibet issues.During this decade,as the party newspaper of the Communist Party of China,People's Daily published a large number of articles and editorials.There are two main stages of publicity and reporting.The first stage is from the founding of the People's Republic of China to the peaceful liberation of Tibet.The second stage was the rebellion in Tibet after the peaceful liberation of Tibet.By means of direct reporting and reprinting articles,the People's Daily exposed the conspiracy of foreign interference in Tibetan affairs,spread the truth,and promoted the policies of the Communist Party of China central committee in governing Tibet through the People's Daily.Through the People's Daily's report on "Tibet issues",it reflects the attitude and decision of the communist party of China on "Tibet issues".As the mouthpiece of the Communist Party of China central committee,People's Daily has played an irreplaceable role in reporting on Tibet issues.The study of Tibet reports in People's Daily provides important reference significance and value for the Communist Party of China to better use public opinion reports to solve the "Tibet-related issues" in the future,it can also conducive to the development and progress of Tibet,as well as national stability and ethnic unity.Based on the standpoint of Marxist materialist dialectics,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis and discussion on the Tibet reports of People's Daily from1949 to 1959 from multiple levels and perspectives by means of multidisciplinary comprehensive research.The thesis is divided into five chapters: chapter 1,introduction.In this part,the paper mainly analyzes the basis of topic selection,research significance,research status,research methods,as well as the innovation of the paper.Chapter 2,the historical background of Tibet reports in People's Daily from1949 to 1959.This chapter analyzes the historical background at home and abroad from 1949 to 1959,and expounds the complex situation at home and abroad reported by People's Daily on Tibet.Chapter 3: the main contents of Tibet reports of People's Daily in the early days of the founding of the People's Republic of China.This chapter reports and analyzes the progress of the people's liberation army's march into Tibet and the interference of foreign forces in Tibet affairs,reflecting the attitude and decision of the communist party of China on "Tibet issues" in the early days of the founding of the People's Republic of China.Chapter 4: the main contents of Tibet reports of People's Daily before and after the Tibetan rebellion.Through the People's Daily,this chapter exposes the false statements of the Tibetan rebels and the distorted reports of foreign media on "Tibet issues",propagates the policies of the communist party of China on Tibet,and effectively strives for the right to speak on Tibet.Chapter5: the value and enlightenment of Tibet reports in People's Daily.This chapter is divided into two parts.The first part analyzes the value function of Tibet reports.It will help guide public opinion on "Tibet-related issues" and expose the plots of Tibetan separatist forces and foreign media.The second part analyzes the Tibet-related reporting experience of People's Daily from 1949 to 1959,as well as its enlightenment to the public opinion in today's society.We should attach importance to the authoritative and catalytic role of news reports and raise the voice of the Chinese media in Tibet.
