Study On The Perfection Of The Legal System Of Sexual Juvenile Delinquency In China

Faced with the increasingly severe situation of the violation of the sexual rights of Juveniles in today's society,and it is in the trend of low age.The world is exploring a proper solution,and China is no exception.First,in order to study better,the definition of sexual abuse and the basic concept of minor crime are discussed in this paper.Secondly,the present condition of the minor crime of sexual abuse in our country will be analyzed through the data.And then some main characteristics of the minor crime of sexual summed up.Thirdly,through the theory analysis,the lack of regulatory provisions of the current legal system on child sexual abuse will be summed up.Finally,coupled with different foreign successful experience,the suggestions of perfecting legal system of the crime of the sexual abuse of Juveniles in China will be given.In view of the defects in the legal structure of the juvenile sexual assault crime in our country,as well as lack of special legal regulation in the new form of the network.Based on the successful experiences of different foreign countries,this paper puts forward three suggestions in order to improve the legal system of sexual assault crimes in China,to better protect the legal rights of minors,to improve the legal system in China and to make it more specialized and standardized.
