Study On The Construction Of Rural Grass-roots Party Organizations Based On The Strategy Of Rural Revitalization

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasizes the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.The problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers are closely related to the national economy and people's livelihood,so we should always take solving the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers as the top priority of the party's work.The strategy of Rural Revitalization is the requirement of the times to win the overall well-off society,the socialist modernization and the two centenary.In different stages of development,the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations bears different historical tasks.In the new era,helping the Rural Revitalization has become the most important and profound responsibility and mission in the process of rural party organization construction.We should pay close attention to the self construction of the rural party,strengthen the organizational,security and leadership of the grass-roots party organizations,and truly realize the overall revitalization of the rural areas under the strong leadership of the party organizations.To win the battle of poverty alleviation,to successfully link up the strategy of rural revitalization,to truly focus on the people,and to serve the work of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" is the top priority of the work of rural grassroots party organizations in the new era.Only by ensuring the strong organizational leadership of rural grass-roots party organizations,can we support the reform and development of rural areas,so as to enhance the satisfaction and sense of gain of the people's work in the rural areas of the party organizations,and finally achieve new achievements in the work of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" in the new era,so as to realize the prosperity of agriculture,the revitalization of rural areas and the happiness of farmers.Starting from the definition of the concept of relevance,this paper emphasizes the importance of the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations from the perspective of Rural Revitalization on the basis of the relevant theories of grass-roots party construction and rural construction.Taking Youyang County as the research blueprint,the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and structural interview were used to investigate the data and archives of rural Party organizations in Youyang County under the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy,in order to obtain the data needed for this research,and then analyze the specific situation of the construction of rural Party organizations in Youyang County.The first chapter is the introduction,which describes the research background,theoretical and practical significance,research status,main contents and methods.The second chapter mainly discusses the basic and relevant theories,defines the relevant concepts of Rural Revitalization Strategy and rural grass-roots party organization construction,explains the theoretical basis of rural grass-roots party organization construction,and emphasizes the importance of strengthening rural grass-roots party organization construction under the Rural Revitalization Strategy.The third chapter describes the basic achievements of the construction of rural Partyorganizations in Youyang County under the strategy of rural revitalization,and summarizes the experience and practices of the rural grass-roots party branches in five aspects,namely,grasping the countryside to strengthen the village,optimizing the party construction team,tackling poverty practically,building the Party style and the people's style and optimizing the ecological construction.The fourth chapter mainly expounds the deficiency in the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations in Youyang County,finds out the practical problems in the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations in the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,and analyzes the reasons from the four-dimensional perspective of the guidance of the party organizations at higher levels,the strength of the masses' support,the construction level of the party members and the construction of the party organizations themselves.The fifth chapter mainly combines the actual situation of the region,and explores the countermeasures and suggestions to improve and enhance the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations in the process of Rural Revitalization Strategy,such as economic development,ideological guidance,talent team,system mechanism and activity carrier,so as to provide reference for the construction of rural Party organizations.The conclusion part briefly reviews the overall situation of this research,summarizes the current situation of rural development,analyzes the leading core role of the party organization in the work of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers",and emphasizes that the rural party organization should play the role of grass-roots Battle Fortress.
