Research On The Public Security Management Of Dongguan Public Security Police

In recent years,with the great changes in China ’s social and economic structure,the income distribution is unfair,the class solidification phenomenon is becoming more and more obvious,and social contradictions are intensifying.Public security organs exercise their powers according to law to maintain public security and crack down on illegal crimes.They are not only administrative organs but also judicial organs.Their particularity makes them carry most of the lyric concerns.If the public security department fails in public opinion,it will lead to the passive situation of public security work.And thus affect the overall stability of social security.At this stage,the police response to public security has gradually become a normalization work for police work at all levels of public security organs.In the face of new requirements in the new situation,how to strengthen and improve public security public opinion management,effectively improve the level of public opinion response,and effectively deal with Negative grievances have also become a major realistic issue in front of public security organs.In recent years,Dongguan Public Security has actively adapted to the new situation and achieved some results in the innovation and development of public opinion management.It has also accumulated some experience and practices.However,in the face of increasingly vicious police-related problems,there are still many shortcomings in management and disposal.Based on this,this paper,from the perspective of public management,relies on the crisis management theory,through the review of domestic and foreign research on police public opinion management issues,combined with daily work,focusing on the analysis of the basic situation and management status of public security organs in Dongguan,select A typical case analysis was carried out to find out the problems and causes of Dongguan police in handling police grievances.Finally,the scientific response mechanism of the public security organs of Dongguan City in the three stages of prevention,response and recovery was proposed.Public security organs at all levels should provide theoretical support and practical application for police-related public opinion incidents.
