The international community unrest, various types of crisis-prone, anyone, anywhere could face all kinds of unpredictable crisis. Particularly in China, at this stage our country is in economic restructuring and social transformation of the special period, the class does not cluster layers of social contradictions, and various social problems, more serious trend. Therefore, the timely and effective crisis management, has become an important test of government competence issues.Crisis management in the public, the government as a public crisis management, the correct response is the core of crisis management.
