A Study On The Emergency Management Of Prison A In Dalian

Prison is not only the national penalty execution organ,but also one of the natio nal violence machines.To ensure the people have a happy life and maintain the social security and stability,it needs the absolute security of prison,the national penalty ex ecution organ.Because of the particularity of prison,there are many kinds of emergen cies in prison,which are obviously different from other types of emergencies,but also have their own unique complexity and other characteristics.As an important member of the prison system of Liaoning Province,Dalian A prison has made great achievem ents in the emergency response and other work.According to the requirements of the higher authorities and the actual situation of the Department,it constructs an emergenc y management system,which has been applied to the successive emergencies of the p rison in recent years to handle the emergencies in a timely and safe manner and main tain the safety and stability of the whole prison.At the same time,we also see that i n recent years,new emergencies have occurred in prisons,showing new characteristics,and the nature is worse than before.In the face of these new situations and new pr oblems,it is obviously necessary for prisons to continuously improve their emergency response capabilities and better respond to more complex situations.In this paper,the typical emergency cases of A prison in Dalian,Liaoning Provin ce,are selected as the research objects.Firstly,the characteristics of a prison emergen cy are analyzed and summarized,and the current situation of a prison emergency man agement is combed from the aspects of working principle,organization responsibility,i nformation detection and reporting system,prison police system,disposal mechanism,r esponsibility investigation,etc.;then,the questionnaire is used.The investigation metho d and interview method have a deep understanding of the problems exposed by the pr ison in dealing with emergencies.It is found that there are many problems in the dail y management work of the prison police,such as the serious lack of crisis manageme nt responsibility consciousness,the lack of vigilance for possible crisis events,the lack of construction of perfect emergency warning management laws and regulations,and the lack of establishment of perfect mechanism and system in dealing with emergency events.And then analyze the causes of these problems;finally put forward the count ermeasures and suggestions to improve the emergency management of A prison in Dal ian City,the first is to strengthen the sense of crisis,the second is to improve the e mergency management system of A prison in Dalian City,the third is to strengthen th e management and education,the fourth is to improve the external publicity system,a nd the fifth is to strengthen the prison information construction.I hope this paper can open up ideas for the prison workers,provide reference and guidance,and jointly ma intain the stable operation of the prison system.
