Research On Internal Supervision Of Discipline Inspection System In X County Of Fujian Province

At present,corruption happens sometimes,and the situation in the fight against corruption is still rather grim.As specialized institutions for combating corruption,the discipline inspection system are facing increasingly heavy tasks.With the deepening of economic system reform and the continuous advance reform of the state supervision system,the efforts to fight corruption,promote integrity and build a clean government of the Party have taken a higher position.while the powers of the discipline inspection and supervision departments have been increasingly strengthened.The question of who will oversee the commission has also become increasingly interesting.Although discipline inspection system at all levels have established corresponding restraint mechanisms,the county level still needs for further reflection.Firstly,this paper analyzes the current situation of discipline inspection system in X County of Fujian Province from the aspects of the organization structure of the inspection system and the measures adopted for internal supervision and the results of implementation.Secondly,interview and participant observation are used to empirically study the problems of discipline inspection system in X County of Fujian Province,which intensifies the logicality of theoretical deduction and empirical analysis.Then the results with main problems are the lack of timeliness of information disclosure,effective supervision mechanism,independence of internal supervision bodies as well supervision subjects.Then analyzes the reasons from subjective and objective aspects.Finally,the countermeasures to improve the internal supervision of the inspection and supervision system in X County of Fujian Province are to build the awareness under supervision,improve the internal supervision mechanism,strengthen the cadre supervision office work and use the internal and external linkage mechanism,while internal supervision of discipline inspection system are strengthen.So that adapt it to the new situation,new tasks,and new requirements,in order to provide replicable blueprint for other county-level of discipline inspection systems.
