Research On The Disabled Elderly Care Service In Huanggu District Of Shenyang

With the deepening of the aging of the population,the number of disabled elderly is also increasing.The elderly care of disabled elderly has become a hot topic of social concern.As a professional institution,the elderly care institution has become an important choice for disabled elderly care.With the development of institutional elderly care services,there are still problems in the elderly care services.Huanggu District of Shenyang City is aging seriously,but the development of pension institutions is insufficient.So this paper takes Huanggu District of Shenyang as an example,using social support theory and new public service theory as the theoretical basis,combined with the relevant policies of pension institutions,and using the method of adopts semi-structured interview and observation,to interview and observe the pension institutions of Huanggu District of Shenyang City,taking the disabled as the example The subjects of this study were in-depth interviews with the disabled elderly,nursing staff and managers in the elderly care institutions,and observed the whole day operation of the elderly care institutions and the care of the disabled elderly.The study found that the care services for the disabled elderly in the elderly care institutions are generally perfect in daily life care services,the function of medical health has not been brought into full play,and the care for spiritual consolation has been neglected.As a whole,the number of nursing staff is insufficient,the professional quality is low,and the age is too large,which makes the nursing staff team imperfect,and the information about the care services provided by the elderly care institutions and relevant departments is not perfect The government-owned pension institutions deviated from the functional orientation,and analyzed the causes of economic,social support,supervision,talent training and responsibility division.Then,it proposed to improve pension service subsidy policies and broaden financing channels to enhance the economic security of pension institutions,and encouraged social organizations,medical institutions and other joint efforts to strengthen the social support of disabled elderly care services in pension institutions We should improve the management system and professional training to cultivate the nursing talents,improve the standardized inspection and the introduction of the third-party mechanism to improve the supervision system,"public security for the poor andpeople's security needs" to clarify the division of labor between public and private pension institutions,and ensure the pension needs of the elderly at all levels.The purpose of this paper is to improve the care services for the disabled elderly in pension institutions and the government's formulation of pension services The relevant policies of disabled elderly care service in institutions have positive reference significance.
