Research On Countermeasures Of Improving The Credibility Of Local Governments In China

Public credibility is an intangible asset,and local government credibility reflects the public's views on local government.The construction of good credibility can ensure the sustained and stable development of society,and at the same time lay the foundation for relevant management work in China.In the report of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,it was proposed to integrate innovation consciousness into public services and establish a reasonable and effective implementation system to improve the efficiency of government departments and the credibility of the government.Based on the above reasons,this article combined with the practice of the Wuhan municipal government after the outbreak of COVID-19 in 2019,focused on analyzing the problems faced by the local government in the process of credibility construction,and discussed the effective countermeasures that should be taken in the process of building the credibility of the local government.This paper can be divided into an introduction and the following three parts: In the introduction,the narrative is mainly based on the research background and research significance,and the current domestic and foreign relevant literature and data are summarized.The first chapter discusses the core concepts and basic theories of the credibility of local governments in China,and provides a theoretical basis for the later countermeasures.The second chapter mainly analyzes the development status of the credibility of local governments in China,and states the problems existing in the Wuhan municipal government after the outbreak of COVID-19 in 2019.On this basis,the problems of the credibility of local governments in China are summarized,and the focus will be on the aspects of civil servants' professional training,job implementation,government information disclosure,and legal supervision.At the same time,the factors that cause the problem are analyzed from four aspects: administrative concept,administrative execution mechanism,informatization mechanism and supervision mechanism.The third chapter proposes corresponding solutions to the problems arising from the process of building the credibility of the local government.It mainly explains the promotion of government credibility from four levels: strengthening service awareness,improving the administrative system according to law,promoting government information disclosure and improving the supervision mechanism.Specific countermeasures.Compared with the current research on the credibility of local governments,this papermainly analyzes the case of Wuhan municipal government after the current outbreak of COVID-19,and then analyzes the problems that may exist in the process of credibility construction of local governments in China,and proposes a more reasonable solution.It has far-reaching significance for the practice of Xi Jinping's socialist thinking with Chinese characteristics in the new era and for promoting the construction of a joint governance,shared governance,and shared social governance pattern.
