Study On The Improvement Of Yiwu Procuratorate's Participation In Social Governance Strategy Based On SWOT Analysis

The third plenary session of the 18 th CPC central committee adopted the decision of the CPC central committee on several major issues related to comprehensively deepening reform,which stated that the overall goal of comprehensively deepening reform is to "improve and develop the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and promote the modernization of the country's governance system and governance capacity." Procuratorial organs,as the judicial organs of the state,not only assume the responsibility of the rule of law,but also bear the political responsibility and social responsibility,and are important subjects of social governance.After experiencing the dual reform of judicial system reform and national supervision system reform,how to actively integrate into the social governance system,give better play to the legal supervision function of procuratorial organs in social governance,and improve the ability of procuratorial organs to participate in social governance is a major task facing procuratorial organs,which is worth in-depth study.The people's procuratorate of yiwu,as the most advanced basic level procuratorate in China and the most satisfied with the people's justice,ranks among the top in terms of the number of cases handled per capita and the total number of cases handled annually.Because the city is located in the "area" node,among the top ten of the country's international trade city,social governance is difficult,new problems,how to embody the party committee government social management modernization,the comprehensive practice procuratorial functions,accurate serves the social and economic development is the direction of the people's procuratorate have been trying to,in yiwu on the social governance in recent years has made many exploration have also made some achievements.Taking the Yiwu Municipal People's Procuratorate as an example,this paper analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and threats of the procuratorial organs participating in social governance,and uses SWOT analysis.The strategies of different factors are combined into an analysis Matrix,and the different strategies in the matrix are analyzed.Combined with the practice of prosecution in Yiwu,we can take advantage of the opportunity of reform to actively deal with external threats.Through comprehensive analysis,we will explore ways to establish a model for legal supervision and handling of cases,create a "wind bridge experience" in Yiwu,strengthen team building,improve social governance capabilities,focus on problem orientation,and optimize procuratorial supervision.This is the best way for grassroots procuratorial organs to participate in social governance.
