Women's Federations Participate In Research On Grassroots Social Governance In The Context Of Group Reforms

At present,China has entered a critical period of deepening reform in an all-round way,and important strategic opportunities and social contradictions have become increasingly prominent.In the face of the new development situation,the CPC Central Committee urgently needs to strengthen and innovate social governance.In the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),it is clearly proposed in the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to "strengthen the construction of the social governance system,improve the leadership of the party committee,the responsibility of the government,social coordination,public participation,and the guarantee of the rule of law.We will improve the level of socialization,legalization,intelligence and specialization of social governance.Social governance has become an important task of social construction in the new period of our country and an important part of realizing the modernization of national governance.As one of the important group organizations in our country,in order to better adapt to the new stage of development,the womenundefineds federation organizations are faced with two important tasks:"group reform" and "participating in social governance".This is a new test given by the party and the government to the broad masses of womenundefineds federations.The active participation of womenundefineds federations in social governance can not only strengthen the important function of connecting women with the masses,but also consolidate the mass foundation of our party in governing the country and manage the government,and construct a new pattern of social governance.In order to realize the effective participation of womenundefineds federations in social governance at the grass-roots level and explore a new way for womenundefineds federations to participate in social governance at the grass-roots level under the new development environment,this paper systematically combs the basic concepts and theories of group organizations participating in social governance by means of literature research,field research and case study.As a case study object,the author sums up the present situation and the problems of the participation of the Womenundefineds Federation in the social governance of the grass-roots level as a case study object,and sums up the reasons that influence the participation of the womenundefineds federations in the social governance of the grass-roots level,and puts forward the effective path of the womenundefineds federations to participate in the social governance of the grass-roots level.Through the research,it is concluded that the main problems that limit the participation of the womenundefineds federations in the social governance of the grass-roots level are the difficulty in the process of the socialization of the project,the shortage of the working capital is the point of pain and the insufficient control authority.The main reason is that the institutional limitation causes the blurring of the function boundary,the staffundefineds ability to be improved,the difficulty of the effective funds and the single structure of the organization and the active carrier.In the light of the actual situation of the organization of the womenundefineds federation,I think that the womenundefineds federation organization can start with the four aspects of strengthening the system and policy guarantee,optimizing the establishment and management mode of the institution,tamped the base of the base of the grass-roots level,and innovating the participatory governance mode,The effective participation of the Womenundefineds Federation in the grass-roots social governance is an important part of our countryundefineds modern social governance system.
