Research On The Status Of Foreigners Entry And Exit And Management System In China’s Entry And Exit Administration

In recent years,the deepening of reform and opening-up,further advance the good-neighborly and friendly ‘ area ’,its diversified structure is formed,in various fields,such as economy,politics,science,culture,deepening integration of communication,more and more foreigners choose to settle in China,learning,investment,development,and it is for foreigners in China entry-exit management work put forward a series of new challenges.Therefore,we must constantly broaden our thinking,actively explore a set of new measures,new systems and new laws and regulations for the administration of entry and exit of foreigners in accordance with the actual national conditions and the trend and characteristics of foreigners coming to China.Starting from the actual situation,this paper first analyzes and studies the current situation and the crux of the management of entry and exit foreigners in China from the aspects of laws and regulations,institutional setup and management system.Then it points out that the existing laws and regulations system for the administration of entry and exit foreigners in China is relatively imperfect,the coordination mechanism of relevant departments has not yet been formed,the visa system and the exit and entry management system are in urgent need of improvement,and analyzes the reasons.Then,through analysis and comparison,the experience of the United States,Japan and Germany in the management of foreigners’ entry and exit is summarized.Approach in contrast to the advanced countries on the basis of the paper,combining with the characteristics of the entry and exit management reality,puts forward the integration of the existing relevant laws and regulations enacted the whole conception of immigration law,at the same time put forward to strengthen the construction of management institutions and the public security entry and exit of foreigners management team thoughts and concrete methods of cultivation and construction,with a more open immigration policy to introduce talents,to attract foreign talent investment construction in China.
