Nowadays,China has been through the period of social transformation,faced with the situation in which internal and external contradictions co-exist,and a variety of complex interest and demands are quite complex.This situation brings the public security organs enormous pressure on social security management.As the auxiliary force,auxiliary police officers play an indispensable role in fulfilling the functions of public security and public administration for Chinese public security organ.However,due to the lack of effective authorization and standardized management of auxiliary police officers,a series of problems have arisen.Therefore,the standardization of the management of auxiliary police officers is a currently urgent problem.By means of literature research,field observation and questionnaire,this paper summarizes the research achievements of the theory and practice of police auxiliary personnel management from domestic and foreign scholars,then conducts in-depth research and discrimination on the related concepts of police auxiliary personnel in China.Meanwhile,it thoroughly conduct field investigation in multiple departments of public security organs in G county,Jiangsu province,and comprehensively apply the theory of human resource management,systematically observe and analyze the current situation,problems and root causes of the management of auxiliary officers in county G through six modules of human resource management.Based on the principle of law-based management of auxiliary police officers,the author puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions,including establishment of a unified and standardized management system,refinement of the recruitment system to improve personnel quality,enhancement of the vocational training to improve the law-enforcement capability,improvement of the performance-based management and the incentive and supervision system,optimization of the welfare security and expansion of the labor relations.
