Research On The Legislation Of Administrative Supervision On Network Broadcast Platforms

Network broadcast is a new industry in the era of network development in China.As the most basic service provider of network broadcast,it is the essential requirement to improve legislation of administrative supervision of network broadcast for a sound internet supervision legal system.Since 2016,relevant state departments have issued some department regulations and normative documents to regulate the administrative supervision of network broadcast platforms,which have a certain effect in the healthy operation and development of network broadcast platforms.However,it can be seen that the administrative supervision legislation problems of China's network broadcast platforms still exist,such as decentralized supervision subjects,incomplete supervision events,and single supervision method?Based on the review and analysis from aspects of current network broadcast platforms' administrative supervision legislation and regulations,the related administrative supervision legislation experiences of network broadcast platforms in foreign countries were used for reference.Combining the actual administrative supervision problems of network broadcast platforms,the suggestion to improve administrative supervision towards network broadcast platforms from perspectives such as supervision subject,supervision events and supervision methods was put forward,aiming at contributing to promotion of legalizing process of network broadcast platform's administrative supervision in China.
