The Research On Budget Performance Management In Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

At present,the international environment of economic development in China had obvious changes,uncertainty increased,under the situation of the domestic economy downward pressure,fiscal income potential is limited,there are increasing contradictions between fiscal revenue and expenditure,therefore,implementing the budget performance management is the most direct and the most effective way to improve the efficient use of public funds.The budget performance management of the Inner Mongolia autonomous region started in 2015,relative to Guangdong province and other developed provinces,the autonomous region of budget performance management work is still in its infancy,as such,It is very necessary to study the budget performance management of the Inner Mongolia autonomous region,which will help us ultimately find ways to optimize the current budget performance management work,enhance the government's public service level,promote to build a service-oriented government and so on in the future.This paper focuses on the situation of the Inner Mongolia autonomous region budget performance management work now,used literature analysis and case analysis,drew lessons from the management and economics,such as principal-agent theory and other related theories,reviewed the budget performance management related documents,compared the advanced experiences of Guangdong province,based on this,sums up the problems existing in the budget performance management work of the Inner Mongolia autonomous region,and in-depth analysis of the cause of the problem.Finally,based on the above research results,the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve the local laws and regulations,so as to provide reference for Inner Mongolia autonomous region to better carry out budget performance management.
