Since the 1990s,along with the rapid development of the economy, increasingly rampant economic criminal activities have become an urgent problem for China. Many criminals use of their power to obtain a large number of illegal profits,in order to escape legal sanction, have fled abroad. The continuous development of pursuits and chasing activities such as“Fox Hunting 2014”and“Tian Wang Action”caused a large number of fleeing personnel to be arrested and some criminal assets were recovered. The in-depth development of the pursuit of memorial service has demonstrated our firm determination to crack down on economic crimes, but it also profoundly reflects the difficulties and challenges that China has in the process of pursuing the pursuit of economic recovery.Combining the multidisciplinary knowledge of management, public policy, law, and criminology, this paper uses case studies and binary logic regression methods from the four aspects of criminals’ escape, the arrest of economic crimes, asset recovery and cooperation mechanism, analyzes the problems existing in the overseas pursuit and evasion of China’s economic crimes. This paper hopes to provide effective suggestions for the smooth development of our country’s pursuit of recovery and the effective promotion of international criminal justice cooperation. This paper believes that the differences in the legal system between countries, the inadequacy of international cooperation, the inadequacy of the legal mechanism, and the need to improve the image of the country’s rule of law are the key to restricting the smooth development of China’s overseas pursuit and recovery work.Based on,the author proposes that China should abolish the penalty for economic crimes and actively promote domestic law to adapt to international conventions;it should improve the legal mechanism for economic crimes and open up new paths for overseas cooperation;it should actively conclude bilateral and multilateral treaties and improve the efficiency of the use of the treaty. And we should strengthen the rule of law in China and improve the image of China’s criminal law.
