There are four parts of the article:The first chapter is an overview of the international cooperation of China's anti-corruption cross-border pursuit.This chapter elaborates on the concept of“corruption” and “corruption crime” from the perspective of academic principle and legislation,and argues the essential feature of corruption is the alienation of public power.It summarizes the basic characteristic of the corrupt official's flight from the aspects the body,method and direction.The second chapter discusses the problems of China's anti-corruption cross-border pursuit.Under the UN Anti-Corruption Convention which achieved much legislation on updated and breakthroughs and joint in Interpol which played an important role on wanted for arrest extradition and repatriation of corruption officials who fled overseas,China shifted its role from “participate in passively” to “lead actively”.The third chapter discusses the problems of piracy recovery in terms of the international anti-corruption criminal avenues,such as the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments,the confiscation of assets,and civil avenues.The fourth chapter is the improvement strategy of the international cooperation of China's anti-corruption cross-border pursuit.The suggestions include expanding the application scope of extradition,optimizing extradition alternative measure,promoting related special legislation,strengthening recovery of corrupt assets etc.
