A Case Study On The Construction Of Accurate Rehabilitation Service System For The Disabled In Pengzhou City

Building a precise rehabilitation service system for the disabled is not only conducive to improving the independent living ability of the disabled,but also conducive to the equal participation of the disabled in society and social return.However,the rehabilitation work of disabled people in China started late,and the foundation of work is weak,and the rehabilitation situation still faces many problems and challenges.Taking the precise rehabilitation service system of Pengzhou City as an example,this paper analyzes how to construct the precise rehabilitation service system of the disabled in Pengzhou City by using the theory of equalization of public services,collaborative governance,welfare of the disabled and the return of the disabled to society,and draws the experience and Enlightenment of effectively constructing the precise rehabilitation service system of the disabled.The specific research conclusions are as follows: it is necessary to establish the precise rehabilitation system of the disabled It is led by the government and coordinated by all departments: organized,with policies and financial support;it needs the support and services of professional rehabilitation institutions,professional rehabilitation talents and grass-roots precision rehabilitation teams;it needs a standardized service process and comprehensive supervision and management system.Only in this way can the precise rehabilitation service be implemented.In addition,scientific disability prevention mechanism and raising the awareness of the whole people are the key to reduce disability and the basis for improving the public health level in the long run.On the basis of previous studies,this paper proposes the way to build and improve the precision rehabilitation service system,which enriches the research perspective of the theory of precision rehabilitation service for the disabled.At the same time,this paper studies the precision rehabilitation service system of Pengzhou,a provincial pilot county,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to build the precision rehabilitation service system,which has important practical significance for promoting the development of precision rehabilitation service in Pengzhou.Besides,the experience of Pengzhou can provide reference measures and values for the construction of precision rehabilitation service system in small and medium-sized cities in China.
