The Research On The Precision Of Rehabilitation Services For The Disabled

In recent years,guided by the Healthy China Strategy,China pays more and more attention to people's health,aiming to build a health service system based on the whole population and life cycle,so as to achieve a higher level of national health.As the focus crowd of the Strategy,the development of rehabilitation service for the disabled is not only related to the quality of health security in China,but also related to further improvement of the cause for the disabled with Chinese characteristic.Rehabilitation is the basic demand of the disabled,and the main contents of social security and social service system for disabled persons.Along with the proposal of "Implementation Plan of Precision Rehabilitation Service for Disabled Persons"in 2016,the importance of precision rehabilitation has been increased.Precision rehabilitation is not only a systematic strategic arrangement based on demand of the disabled,but also a good medicine to help eliminating poverty and enhancing abilities.Since the Reform and Opening-up,our country has attached great importance to the rehabilitation of the disabled,with a series of policies and systems.But there is still a long way to go.How to maximize the actual access to rehabilitation services,to guarantee the precise effect of matching rehabilitative services with needs,and to achieve rehabilitation level adapted to economic and social development,that's what we need to consider next.A relatively perfect rehabilitation service policy and system has been formed in Jiangsu Province,which is in the first rank of the whole country,along with great progress in both theoretical research and pilot practice.However,quite a little problems are beginning to emerge,which is likely to affect the final effect and quality of rehabilitation.In view of this,this paper will firstly review the evolution of rehabilitation policy and system for the disabled in China and Jiangsu Province Secondly,we will launch the analysis of problems of precision rehabilitation for the disabled,based on the relevant current situation of some regions in Jiangsu Province At the last,drawing on the advanced experience of precision rehabilitation service in home and abroad,we will discuss in depth how to better respond to disability risks and to perfect the precision rehabilitation service for the disabled in the new period,so as to improve the sense of acquisition and happiness of the disabled,which is a driving force to promote the process of overall well-off society in China.
