Along with the coming of Internet age,information flows faster.The Internet connects all aspects of information,which brings convenience,but also lets all kinds of crimes have the new channel.In recent years,with the rapid integration of the Internet and the Internet of things,Internet make it possible to sale guns,ammunition and other contraband as a result of convenient logistics channels and payment methods.The crime of sale guns through Internet presents the features as follows: Internet market,diversity of gun types,which lead to increased risk of social security,complexity of personnel composition,intelligent means of crime and covert circulation channels.Crime mutation brings new challenges to the public security organs that is how to more effectively prevent Internet crime of selling guns.The public security organ urgently needs to use software engineering techniques and set up a prevention and control platform which can control comprehensively key person who sells guns through Internet and the circulation channel of the key items.For the current complex network crime situation and according to the demand of prevention,this article used the software development theory and came up with a solution,based on B/S structure of Internet crime prevention and control.Standing on the purpose of preventing crime of selling guns through Internet,the text analyzes the functional requirement and non-functional requirement of the system in order to meet the demand of work needs.Understanding the demand,we start to develop system architecture design and design the database system,according to the key person in the system,collection and monitoring of key items,monitoring of flow channel and the situation of date storage.The system mainly adopt programming language Java,oracle data and Web Service,which achieve the following functions,such as user management,cases information,key items control,monitoring of flow channel,date storage and system maintenance.After the completion of the building phase of the work,the system is subjected to a functional test,the whole system achieves the information and intelligence control of internet crime,precision strikes on criminals and solves the bottleneck problem that public security organ fights the crime.Generally speaking,the system has initially realized the core function,which control effectively the internet crime for public security organs.Compared with the past mode,The design of the system achieves the envisaged goal and effect,which can realize real-time monitoring,greatly improve attack efficiency,reduce the investigation period and promote the actual effect of the case.
