Wit h the cont inuous developme nt of infor mat ion techno logy,all aspects of life are in t he process of infor mat izat ion.By us ing informat ion tec hno logy to update the ir industr y's transaction processing met hods,to improve effic ie ncy,while reducing the error rate,which brought great improve ment for related work.E-gover nment is the applicat ion of infor mat ion technolo gy to governme nt affa irs.By develop ing correspond ing computer syste ms and websites,it can increase the contacts between the governme nt and the people and facilitate the people to hand le vario us business.The work of polit ica l parties is also an important work of t he countr y,but the comp uter izat io n of the work of polit ica l parties is st ill relat ively rare at present.In the Party build ing work,more tradit iona l manual met hods are used,such as manua l submiss ion o f paper mater ia ls,ma nua l co llectio n and collat ion o f mater ia ls,etc.Such a way is relat ively backward,for socia l resources will also have more because of the increase of data,and manua l process ing speed is relat ive ly slow,easy to make mistakes.At present,governme nt depart ments ha ve deplo yed many computer syste ms to improve work effic iency,such as the office automat io n system for inter na l work,the portal website used to publis h infor mat ion to the pub lic,etc.The deployme nt of t hese systems has played a very good role in he lp ing the rele vant work of the gover nment.However,for the party b uilding work,there is no specific syste m applicat ion.Party constr uct ion invo lves many aspects of party affa irs and Party me mbers' work,wit h large a mount of data and ma ny sources of data.Data wit h t his characterist ic has more advanta ges in processing with b ig data techno logy.There fore,this paper proposes the applicat ion o f b ig data technolo gy a nd data mining a lgorit hm to deve lop the party building system,to improve the efficiency of the party building work.In this paper,first ly,the status quo of Party infor mat izat ion is ana lyzed,and then the status quo of data ana lys is a nd processing is a lso analyzed.Then it i ntroduces the theory of e-gover nment.Through the ana lys is of these contents,we can provide the basis for the deve lopment o f Party build ing work.Then it proves the feas ibility o f the system thro ugh feas ib ilit y analys is.Then it elaborates fro m require me nt analys is to design to imple me ntat ion and testing.Specifica lly to the develop ment of t he system,Java la nguage is adopted,J2 EE specificat ion is fo llowed,and SSH fra mework structure is adopted.By us ing these techno logies,a stable,efficie nt and scalab le system is developed.Fina lly,by testing the system,it proves that all funct io ns of the system development are running normall y and can produce positive social benefits.
