State-owned enterprises are raised to a new strategic height as part of "six forces" and the Party Building of state-owned enterprises is defined as the "root" and "soul" advantages and glorious traditions,Chinese characteristics by General Secretary Xi Jinping since time has come to a new era.Those new formulations and conclusions on state-owned enterprises' Party Building from General Secretary Xi Jinping,not only identify the Party Building as the key position of development of state-owned enterprises,but also show the urgency of reform and innovation of state-owned enterprise Party Building.The goals of innovation of state-owned enterprise's Party Building are solving the circumstance that the party leadership is "weakening,diluting,blurring,and marginalizing" on state-owned enterprises and the " two skins " exists in Party Building and production operation.This paper selects the embedded Party Building of state-owned enterprises as the research object.By analyzing the embedded Party Building of Sichuan G Company,figuring out the role Party Building played in solving the current problems.Further suggestions and countermeasures are proposed for existing problems at the end.This paper is composed of five chapters and conclusion.The first chapter summarizes the background of the topic,the significance of the research,domestic and international research reviews,ideas and methods,displays the innovation part.The second chapter identifies the significance of the Party Building's innovation of state-owned enterprises.Expounding the theoretical basis of the embedded Party Building of state-owned enterprises,Sorting out the innovative practice of state-owned enterprises on embedded Party Building during the current time.The third chapter conducts an empirical analysis with the embedded Party Building of Sichuan G Company as the research object.With knowing the proposal's background,the innovative measures as the embedded Party Building proposed by company G to solve the "four modernizations" of Party Building and the "two system" of Party Building and operation.By analyzing the content structure of embedded Party Building,it can be told the embedded Party Building ‘s three parts: "five elements","five mechanisms",and "circle management".The application mechanism of embedded party construction is divided into three parts: selecting "embedded scenes",formulating "embedded cards" and designing "evaluation system".The fourth chapter discusses and analyzes the implementation effect,problems and causes existing in research object.The innovative practice of company G's embedded Party Building work in the past year has not only strengthened the integration of party organization forces into company management,but also enriched branch activities,furthermore,promoted business development,achieving expectancy.However,there are still some problems.In response to these problems,the author analyzes the reasons from the existing research materials,first-hand materials provided by Company G,interview content and questionnaire survey data,to get conclusions that insufficient staff awareness,lack of coordination and communication between departments,and the evaluation mechanism and incentive mechanism need to be further set up.The fifth chapter,which is based on the third chapter and the fourth chapter,puts forward countermeasures to further improve the embedded Party Building of state-owned enterprises.The first is to strengthen the foundation.Enhance the dialectical understanding of Party Building and business for all employees,strengthen the ideological foundation;enhance the team capacity of party organizations,and enhance the comprehensive ability of party officials.The second is to strengthen communication and cooperation.Clarifying responsibility sequence and specifying specific demands;strengthen communication and information sharing.The third is to improve the assessment mechanism.Strengthen the assessment proportion and clarify the assessment list;improve the management system and increase the closed-loop management of daily work.The fourth is to optimize the incentive mechanism.Increase incentives,scientifically formulate rules for rewards and penalties;improve the career promotion system,and open channels for transfers and ascents.
