An Analysis Of The Benefits Of Party Building In State-owned Enterprises From The Perspective Of Soft Power

Since the 19 th CPC national congress,the CPC Central Committee headed by General Secretary Xi Jinping has comprehensively deepened the state-owned enterprises reform,implemented new development principles,improved the socialist market economy,built a modernized economic system and accelerated China's high-quality development.State-owned enterprises,being crucial for national economy,are the foundation of China's rapid development.As China gradually approaching the world center,the state-owned enterprises reform is imperative and the party construction as its "superstructure" is growing more and more fundamental.However,a handful of people hold that state-owned enterprises' party construction is in conflict with the modern enterprise system,which brings heavy affairs to state-owned enterprises and fails to enhance its benefits and competitive advantages and this view goes against state-owned enterprises' high-quality development.Therefore,this thesis concentrates on how the party construction,being the core force to provide "soft power",fully reflect its work efficiency in the development and reform of state-owned enterprises.And specifically,state-owned enterprise party construction efficiency under the perspective of soft power,party construction's service for the enterprise' management and reform,further improvement of the party construction work system and the transformation of party construction's "soft power" into state-owned enterprises' development,are explored.This article employs party construction theory and economic theory to carry on the exploration and analysis and is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,mainly elaborating the background and significance,the definition of "soft power",the evaluation index and system of party construction's benefits in state-owned enterprises and the basic content,method and innovation.The second part combs the development of China's state-owned enterprise party building from the founding of the People's Republic of China to the 19 th National Congress of the party and summarizes the historical experience in this process,being the historical basis for the following parts.The third part,based on the first two parts,summarizes the party building in state-owned enterprises as an effective mechanism to enhance soft power and takes Beijing capital holding co.,ltd.as a micro example.With the evaluationindex of party construction of 11 subordinate units from 2016 to 2018 as the measurement standard of party construction,the empirical analysis of panel data was carried out.And from six dimensions to take quantitative and micro-case analysis,the relationship between the party building and the enterprise efficiency and the specific aspects to hinder the state-owned enterprises' soft power are researched.The last part is the reflection on how to improve the effectiveness of state-owned enterprises party building.
