A Study On The Implementation Of County Management And School Recruitment Policy In Lianyungang

Education equity is not only the basic requirement of educational modernization,but also an important symbol of educational modernization.As a decisive factor that affects the quality of teaching,teacher balance has always been the focus,focus and difficulty of educational equity.The core of promoting teacher balance lies in the establishment,flow,management and use of teachers.County-managed school employment has been an important educational personnel reform model piloted by the Ministry of Education since 2015.It is mainly to promote teacher exchange and rotation,attribute teacher relations to county-level education commissions,and be employed by schools to change the past “school-managed school employment” model.The problem of poor teacher flow and rigid management has caused teachers to change from "school people" to "system people".The editor follows the people and the posts move with people,breaking the barriers to the management system of teacher exchange rotation,and promoting teacher resources in the county.Fuller flow to bridge the gap in the quality of teaching between urban and rural areas and between schools,so as to achieve the goal of promoting educational equity.This paper uses research methods such as literature research method,comparative research method and survey research method,and draws on the experience of implementing county-level school employment policies in other regions of China.Group,policy implementation environment,four aspects,put forward countermeasures to optimize the implementation of Lianyung County county administration policy.
