| Since 1985,it was put forward that "the proportion of general employment is roughly equal".Since then,general employment has developed smoothly and the problem is not too big.However,with the development of The Times,the common people’s continuous yearning for a better life,the society’s requirements for talents are also increasingly high,the education problem comes out.The improvement of academic qualifications is a substantial trend,but the general direction of the general proportion of general jobs remains the same,the development of vocational education is lagging behind,and the proportion of general jobs is stuck in the middle,so some contradictions and problems need to be solved.This paper aims to investigate the problem of secondary school education diversion in Wuzhong District,analyze the problems and causes of secondary school examination education diversion,put forward the corresponding measures,and provide reference opinions and suggestions for promoting the reasonable diversion of secondary school examination education.To be specific,this paper mainly takes junior high school students,parents of junior high school students and junior high school teachers as the investigation objects.Through the empirical method of questionnaire survey and interview,through the investigation of the intention and current situation of junior high school shunt,Luzhili Middle School in Wuzhong District,Jiangsu City,it concludes that the existing problems of junior high school education shunt in this area are as follows:the balanced class system in junior high school has not been effectively implemented;Students’ ability to choose independently and parents’ lack of school choice ideas;Lack of mental health education in the process of diversion;The value preference of parents and students is inclined to general high education,but there is prejudice to secondary vocational education.Under the current diversion system,the educational resources are still inclined to the theoretical talents.Education distribution and vocational education publicity is not enough;Forced diversion has great negative effects.Finally,the author tries to analyze the relevant problems existing in the diversion,and puts forward some countermeasures:implement the balanced shift system;Schools to strengthen vocational planning training for students and parents;Attaching importance to the psychological education of vocational education and training students;Improving the quality of vocational school education;Balance the educational resources of round talents and technical talents in the process of distribution;Strengthen the publicity and promotion of vocational education;We will abolish the separation of entrance examinations and promote compulsory education in senior high schools.It should be emphasized that this paper is a targeted case study,and the conclusions and countermeasures are put forward from the micro perspective of education and teaching.In addition,there are different streaming practices in different places,so they are not universal. |
