Research On The Path Of Strengthening The Construction Of Political Morality Of Leading Cadres In The New Era

The concept of political ethics is deeply rooted in the excellent traditional culture of China,and contains the moral literacy and value pursuit of officials.The Communist Party of China has inherited and carried forward this outstanding concept.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has mentioned in several important speeches and reports that it is necessary to strengthen the building of political ethics of leading cadres,it also expounds the connotation of the political ethics of the Chinese Communists in the new era from the three dimensions of "Mingda Virtue,Guarding Public Morality,and Strict Private Morality".The grass-roots level is the basis of the Party's ruling and the source of strength,strengthening the political and moral construction of the leading cadres of the grass-roots party and government is an important link to strengthen the construction of cadres' political ethics,helping to improve the quality of the leading cadres of the grass-roots Party and government themselves and the ability to resist corruption and change,and also conducive to promoting the establishment of a high-quality cadre team.To this end,the object of this paper is determined to be the construction of political ethics for the leading cadres of the Party and government at the grass-roots level,and the research is guided by Marxist theory,based on the theories and methods of political science,Party building and other disciplines,and the necessity of strengthening the construction of political ethics of the leading cadres of the Party and government at the grass-roots level is expounded by the methods of literature research,systematic analysis and practical investigation,discusses the basic characteristics,requirements and experience of strengthening grassroots party and government leaders in the new era,it mainly studies the problems of grassroots party and government leaders in the construction of political ethics.There are many problems such as the lack of political morality and the social environment that is not conducive to political morality.Behind these problems are the phenomena of weak political morality of grassroots party and government leaders,imperfect institutions and mechanisms,insufficient carriers and methods,and a poor social environment.On the basis of this,it is proposed to puts forward to reshaping the political and moral concepts of grassroots party and government cadres,improving the supervision,evaluation and accountability mechanism ofpolitical and moral construction,creating carriers and improving methods,and actively creating a good social environment,and explore the current path of grass-roots party and government leading cadres' political and moral construction.For this purpose,a theoretical and practical operation paradigm for strengthening the grass-roots party and government leading cadres' political and moral construction is established.In theory,this is conducive to enriching the CPC's theory of political and moral construction,strengthening the understanding of the cadre development law in the new era,and deepening the theory of strict and comprehensive management of the party.In practice,it is beneficial to build high-quality cadre team.
