The generation of Yimeng Spirit is not only the inheritance of the excellent local culture of Yimeng,but also the crystallization of the great practice of the party,the government,the army and the people of Yimeng in Shandong.It is an advanced revolutionary spirit with its own characteristics and profound connotation,it contains the red culture gene of "harmony of life and death",which is of great significance to the current construction of the party.As the bond between the Party and the people,and as the basic strength of the party as the leading core of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics,grass-roots leading cadres,in carrying out and implementing the party’s various principles and policies,in particular,it plays an irreplaceable role in effectively linking up the achievements of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.At present,the whole Party is faced with the "four dangers" since it came into power,and the self-construction of the leading cadres at the grass-roots level in Shandong needs to be strengthened.This research uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method as the main research method,through combing Yimeng spirit and Shandong basic-level leading cadre political morality construction related summary,to explore the inner unity of Yimeng spirit and the construction of the political morality of the leading cadres at the grass-roots level in Shandong Province,and to excavate the necessity and value implication of the integration of Yimeng spirit into the construction of the political morality of the leading cadres at the grass-roots level in Shandong Province,based on the status quo of self-evaluation and other evaluation of the political morality of the leading cadres at the grass-roots level in Shandong,as well as the integration of Yimeng spirit into the political morality construction of the leading cadres at the grass-roots level in Shandong,an analysis of the effect and deficiency of Yimeng Spirit in the construction of political morality of leading cadres at the grass-roots level in Shandong Province.Based on this,the author puts forward we should perfect river bank Mongolia spirit into the system and mechanism,give full play to the principal role of grass-roots organizations,leading cadres at the grass-roots level to strengthen itself inside outside repairing,river bank Mongolia spirit into the content system,and actively widen the channel of the river bank Mongolia spirit into these five aspects.
