Research On The Implementation Of The Party’s Political Construction At The Grass-roots Level Of The Armed Forces

The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the general requirements for the construction of the Party in the new era.It is clear that “the Party’s political construction is the command” and “the Party’s political construction is put in the first place”.It highlights the extreme importance and practical urgency of the Party’s political construction.At present,some grass-roots Party organizations and Party members in the armed forces,to varying degrees,have the problems of neglecting politics,desalinating politics and not stressing politics.If we do not try to solve these problems,they will seriously weaken the Party’s leadership and hinder the implementation of the Party’s policies.Strengthening the Party’s political construction can strengthen the political belief of officers and soldiers,strengthen the Party’s political leadership,improve the Party’s political ability,purify the Party’s political ecology,and provide a strong political guarantee for the realization of the Party’s goal of building a strong army in the new era.Guided by the spirits of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,this dissertation follows “An Outline for the Study of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era”,“An Outline for the Study of Xi Jinping Thought on Strengthening the Military”,“Guideline of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Strengthening the Party’s Political Construction”,“Guideline on Strengthening Party’s Political Construction in the Military” and“Resolution on Strengthening Military Development at the Primary Level in the New Era”.Through investigation,this dissertation summarizes the achievements of the army in recent years in building up the soul of the army,preparing for war,political ecology,systematically combs the contradictions in the consciousness of the soul of the army,the accumulated disadvantages of peace,the leadership of the Party,and analyzes the reasons.Finally,it puts forward countermeasures to strengthen the political construction of the military Party in the four aspects of political belief,political leadership,political ability and political ecology.
