Research On The Legal Problems Of Individuals Seeking Help In Online Crowdfunding

In recent years,online crowdfunding platforms such as easy fundraising and Shuidi fundraising have developed rapidly,becoming an important channel for personal serious illness to seek help,and promoting the development of social philanthropy.However,who should supervise the online crowdfunding platform and how to supervise it is not only a hot spot of social concern,but also an important legal issue.As a product of the Internet era,the online crowdfunding platform has been accepted and used by more and more people because of its efficient and convenient form of fund-raising.However,the personal help-seeking service of some online crowdfunding platforms is not within the scope of the Charity Law,and the uncertainty of the object of help makes it in a more vague area of legal supervision.The solution to this problem is very important not only for the future development of the online crowdfunding platform,but also for protecting the property safety and public interest of the public.The research content of this paper is the legal issue of individual help-seeking behavior in online crowdfunding,and intends to conduct a theoretical study on individual help-seeking behavior in online crowdfunding on the legal level,on the basis of clarifying the concept of online crowdfunding and related factors.this paper analyzes the roles of the legal subjects in the network crowdfunding,and expounds the legal relationship,rights and obligations among the subjects of the individual help-seeking behavior in the network crowdfunding.This paper probes into the legal problems existing in the personal help-seeking behavior in the online crowdfunding,including the lack of a sound legal system,the lack of effective management of the online crowdfunding platform,and the lack of government supervision.the responsibility mechanism of each subject of individual help-seeking behavior in online crowdfunding is not clear.And put forward the corresponding legal suggestions on improving the individual help-seeking behavior in the network crowdfunding,mainly including perfecting the relevant legal system,perfecting the management mechanism of the network crowdfunding platform,perfecting the government supervision mechanism,clarifying the responsibility mechanism of each subject of the individual help-seeking behavior in the network crowdfunding and so on.According to the train of thought of discovering,analyzing and solving problems,this paper discusses how to standardize individual help-seeking behavior in online crowdfunding.At present,the academic research on the legal issues of personal help-seeking behavior in online crowdfunding is still in its infancy,and incidents such as "fraudulently donating" and "concealing the true situation" continue to appear in practice,which requires us to connect with the actual needs.continue to deepen the study of this issue.
