In recent years,the ratio of children's support is increasing in China.The problem of "children's education out of control" caused by the fixed working hours of parents makes the social demand of minors' trusteeship education increasingly strong.Rural hardware facilities are relatively backward and deficient,and the ratio of children's support is usually higher than that of town,so the demand for after school care is even greater.The after-school care should not only ensure the safety of minors,but also play a supplementary role in school education.However,at present,the domestic trusteeship mode and content are single,and the services are mostly provided by after-school counseling classes or small dinner tables and other for-profit service institutions,which can not give consideration to the professional positive guidance and education function for the development of children's personality awareness.Many rural children are also left at home by their parents in their spare time due to their family's financial constraints,which increases the security risks of minors.At the same time,under the background of the country vigorously advocating urbanization,the influx of a large number of modern resources makes people ignore the rich resources contained in rural areas,such as cultural inheritance,rural emptiness and so on.Based on the above research background,the main purpose of this paper is to solve the problem of children's trusteeship education in rural areas.Based on XX public welfare project,this paper intervenes from the perspective of social work specialty,adopts the method of social work specialty-group work,and non social work specialty method-trusteeship class,relying on the environment of semi public places in local communities,and combines public welfare through colleges and universities Organizations and local community leaders try to explore a suitable after school care model for minors in community of China based on the practice and the full play of the advantages of local resources.The greatest significance of this model is to link colleges and rural communities through public welfare organizations,which can not only meet the internship needs of social work students in Colleges and universities,but also provide professional services for the population with trusteeship needs.In the practical exploration of such problem-solving,researchers pay more attention to the construction mode and standardized evaluation of the model.As the core part of the whole model,service recipients lack of attention to their psychological conditions and changes.Under the guidance of social cognitive theory,this paper focuses on the psychological level of service recipients while mining and using environmental resources,using scales,interviews and participatory observation as the basis of comprehensive evaluation of service effectiveness,in order to make up for the shortcomings of existing research.This study confirms that the model of after school child care in community based on the demand chain that all three participants can meet can relax the government's pressure to solve such social problems;the use of local cultural resources can improve children's and their guardians' cognitive ability,which is not only beneficial to the quality education of minors,but also helps them to re understand themselves and their surroundings Environment,which may have a positive impact on their future behavior decision-making,but also to the lack of attention to the problems of inheritance and dating of local resources for protection.
