Research On Group Work Intervention In Home-based Old-age Care Service

As an important force,social work has become a new way to solve the old-age care problem in China by intervening in the community old-age care service for the elderly.Under the strong call of the state,the civil affairs department has formulated various policies on old-age care,providing a driving force for actively promoting the development of old-age care service.In this context,it is of great value to discuss the intervention of group work in home-based care services.Based on team work method,this paper in Daqing city X community,for example,on the one hand,through participatory observation,questionnaire investigation and scientific methods,such as understanding the problems existing in the community elderly people in home endowment service,such as lack of care in community elderly people in their daily life care and spiritual and cultural life is not rich,and analyzes the causes of these problems,on the other hand to group work method in to the elderly in the community home endowment service,to develop a series of rich groups of elderly people in later life,carry out to improve the elderly through the group activities on social intercourse ability,meet the needs of the elderly diversification,To further improve the quality of home care services in the community.Through periodic summary and evaluation of group work,group work can be found in the elderly home endowment service is feasible,the most important thing is,we can view and to effectively promote team work in family endowment service puts forward the rational thinking,hope to be able to provide help for the further improvement and development of elderly home care services.
