Corruption,as the “slide of social slope”,is the vane of international social justice and incorruptibility. It will fight against the existing international order. If it is allowed to grow blindly, the development trend of the international community is bound to decline.However,anti-corruption is a long-term systematic project, which cannot be eradicated only by one or several countries. Therefore, only by mobilizing the power of the international community and forming a normal anti-corruption force can we truly block the spillover channel of anti-corruption pressure. The special chapter of the United Nations Convention against Corruption emphasizes the importance of international cooperation, especially stipulates the ways and procedures of international cooperation against corruption, and initially constructs a more systematic international cooperation mechanism against corruption.Based on the relevant provisions of the United Nations Convention against Corruption, this paper further discusses how to solve the problems in the field of international cooperation between the international community and China. The article is divided into five parts. The first part introduces the meaning of anti-corruption international cooperation and the necessity of anti-corruption international cooperation. The second part summarizes the main provisions of the United Nations Convention against Corruption on international cooperation, including the basic principles of international cooperation against corruption, main contents and specific ways to achieve cooperation. The third part deeply analyzes the current situation of international cooperation under the framework of the United Nations Convention against Corruption, summarizes the achievements of the current international cooperation against corruption, and lists the legal obstacles to promote the international cooperation against corruption, such as the unequal status of both parties, the limited optional nature of international cooperation and so on.The fourth part of the third part listed on the legal problems, around the United Nations Convention against Corruption and international anti-corruption practice put forward corresponding legal Suggestions. The fifth part is mainly based on China's domestic situation and interprets the current situation of China's international cooperation against corruption,as well as confirming China's achievements in promoting international cooperation against corruption, and harder to find in the practice of Chinese anti-corruption cooperation needs to be overcome difficulties,Inaddition to deeply exploring the feasible countermeasures suitable for China's national conditions, and put forward the expectations and prospects for the future of China's cooperation in anti-corruption.International cooperation against corruption has become a new problem in global governance.Corruption,a “political cancer”,has the risk of cancer, and no country can be alone. Therefore,in a sense, international cooperation against corruption is bound to be a long way to go.Only by adhering to international cooperation can we eliminate the toxin of corruption and maintain the clean order of the international community.
