To promote the internationalization of the crime of corruption among countries continued to deepen international cooperation against corruption, "United Nations Convention against Corruption" (hereinafter referred to as "Anti-Corruption Convention") introduced to fill the gaps in related fields of international law for the international community to join the fight against corruption has laid a legal foundation. "Anti-Corruption Convention," in Chapter IV Article 44, paragraph 18 by the content of detail provided for extradition for the crime of corruption were the principles and rules to build a relatively complete mechanism of extradition. In the tradition of international law concerning the principle of double criminality for extradition, or the principle of extradite or prosecute, the principles of non-extradition of political crime, based on the concept of political crime, crime-specific principles, made a breakthrough in simplified extradition procedures, requirements, and for the parties to provide this Convention as the legal basis for extradition choice.In comparison, China's "Extradition Act" in the extradition of crime, the scope of the principle of dual criminality, or extradited to prosecute the principle of extradition proceedings, with the "United Nations Convention against Corruption," there are some differences, therefore, shall be those of "United Nations Convention against Corruption, "requirement to draw on the advanced experience of extradition legislation, improve China's extradition legal system, namely:on the one hand constantly improve China's" Extradition Law "and related domestic law; the other hand, as far as possible, and other parties, especially developed countries to sign bilateral extradition treaties in order to better cooperation on extradition with the international community.
